Day to Day of the Role:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects in secondary education.

Providing feedback on student progress to permanent teaching staff.

Maintaining a flexible approach to work, adapting to different school environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Previous experience in a similar role or familiarity with diverse student needs is advantageous.

Creativity in lesson delivery and the ability to engage students of all abilities.

Strong leadership abilities to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
