We are looking for passionate and adaptable educators to join our team as Supply Teachers in Bexley. This role offers the flexibility to work in various schools, covering both planned and unplanned absences, and is ideal for those who enjoy diversity in their teaching experiences.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across different year groups and subjects.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment for all students.
  • Quickly adapt to the teaching styles and policies of various schools.
  • Foster student learning and development with enthusiasm and effective teaching strategies.
  • Provide feedback to regular teaching staff and participate in school activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools is essential.
  • Flexibility and availability to take on day-to-day assignments, sometimes at short notice.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to professional development and a proactive approach to learning new teaching methods.
