Pay Rate: £130 - £180 per day (assignment rate) dependent on experience and qualifications

Contract: Locum, 3-Months

Hours: Full-time:

• Hours: 08:30 am – 15:30 pm (may vary depending on assignment)
• Late Notice Cover: Availability for short-notice assignments is essential.

Main Duties of the Supply Teacher:

• Present captivating and educational lessons to students in alignment with curriculum standards.
• Modify teaching approaches to suit various learning styles and skill levels.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports learning.
• Skilfully manage classroom conduct to uphold a conducive learning environment.
• Adhere to school regulations, including attendance tracking and lesson preparation.

 Requirements of the Supply Teacher:

• Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a classroom setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Completion of an Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
