Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking Teachers of Primary, Secondary and SEN to fulfil supply bookings on a day to day and long term basis, along with permanent vacancies.

At Reed Education Southampton, we run the Hampshire Supply Service alongside the Hampshire County Council, providing support to over 500 schools across Hampshire. We provide schools with emergency cover, long term absence cover and assistance with permanent vacancies, along with supporting teachers with their job hunt! We can support you with your job hunting by finding the role that is right for you, as well as offering day to day and long term absence cover!

As a Supply Teacher, you will attend bookings that you have secured covering the lesson content that has been set for you upon arrival at the school. You will provide enthusiasm and passion for teaching, and keep pupils engaged to the best of your ability. Your day will start at 8:30am and finish at 3:30pm, with no extra workload to take home with you! In regards to pay rates, we pay candidates on a weekly basis consisting of your daily pay rate, and aim to provide a fair rate based on your experience!

For this role, you will be/will need:

- Qualified Teacher Status with a degree in a specialism subject, or equivalent

- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one

- A passion for teaching, and open to working within a number of schools within your area

- Good availability ideally, and open to teaching different year groups (i.e. For Primary - KS1/2 and Secondary - open to general cover as well as specialism)
