Who are Thrive Education?

"Placing Professionals, not just plugging gaps!’’

Our mission is to use our combined experience in recruitment and teaching to offer a recruitment experience that rises above that offered by our competitors in an already crowded and established field.

Thrive Education is a bespoke supply teaching agency whose key focus is to establish and maintain a genuine partnership between the settings that use it and the staff it places. This approach benefits both the schools and the Thrive teachers as assignments are always carefully matched and well thought out; after all no one gains from incompatible placements, least of all the pupils.

We recognise how crucial it is to take the time to talk to schools in a detailed way to gain a proper understanding of each setting’s unique characteristics, values, challenges, priorities and needs. This understanding is the bedrock of creating successful staffing solutions.

Thrive works with dynamic and highly motivated teachers who are confident they can do a great job in their areas of expertise. Joining Thrive means becoming part of a select team of professionals all sharing the desire to make a positive impact regardless of the timeframe of the placement and feeling valued as an asset within an organisation where quality counts.

At Thrive Education we understand that Supply Teaching is a lifestyle choice, not just for people who 'cannot get a job'. Working for Thrive Education lets you choose what days and which schools you like to work for.
