Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering dynamic and engaging lessons across a variety of subjects and age groups, adhering to provided lesson plans.
- Fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered to succeed.
- Collaborating effectively with school staff and administrators to ensure continuity of learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers.
- Providing constructive feedback and encouragement to students to enhance their learning journey.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching in primary or secondary education settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in diverse teaching environments.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
