Supply Support Staff Needed - Primary Education

This education support role is for you, if you have:
- A strong work ethic
- Strong organisation skills
- The ability to communicate well with pupils, staff and parents
- Confidence to use your initiative
- Previous experience supporting children in a classroom environment
- A qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or a BA Hons Degree in Education (desirable)
- Creativity and innovative ideas to engage and motivate pupils
- The ability to effectively report and record pupil progress
Expectations of working as supply support includes:
- The ability to work to a flexible schedule
- Working hours between 8:15AM and 4:00PM
- Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Working in a 1:1 or group capacity
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies
- Adhering to behaviour policies
- Some knowledge of the National Curriculum
