Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality teaching cover across various primary year groups and subjects.
Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the school to ensure continuity in learning.
Create a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Engage students in meaningful activities and foster a love for learning.
Maintain discipline and manage behavior effectively in accordance with school policies.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with primary-aged students.
Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
Ability to quickly establish rapport with students and adapt to different classroom environments.
Strong classroom management skills.
