• Managing the End to End forecasting and ordering process within FMCG.
• Lead supplier relationships and weekly meetings for collaborative supply planning sessions.
• Regular supplier meetings to form collaborative working relationships and improved inventory outcomes.
• Ensure stock is maintained at an optimum level by developing robust inventory targets. Focusing on re-phasing, cancellation, re-buy to bring stock targets in on plan whilst optimising on shelf and in DC availability.
• Maintain and develop reporting to monitor all stock and inventory statuses.
• Participate in developing inventory strategies to improve key inventory KPI’s.
• Focus on delivering the instore product offer at full availability to our customers.
• Support buying team range plan with Open to Buy planning and intake phasing process.
• Ownership of promotional management through planning, launching, exit and review phases.
• Ensure Range Refresh launch availability and ongoing availability through close supplier communication and management, make any changes in the range, e.g. promotions, seasonal and range review.
• Monitor, update and report critical path progress throughout the effective life of a product to identify issues and risks and take appropriate action.
