Altro are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Planning teamon a 15 Month Maternity Contract. This is a part time position, working 22.5 hours per week, offering flexibility between home and office working.

What will you be doing? As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your main focus will be to efficiently manage Inter-company sales orders, from the point of order through to dispatch, responding to all enquiries accurately, timely and in a professional manner.

You will support the management of the flow of finished goods from other Altro manufacturing sites, to meet the order requirements for Altro warehouse sites globally.

Providing support to the product data management processes, ensuring JDE data integrity issues are identified and rectified within agreed timelines.

Proactively developing strong relationships to ensure alignment with local needs and maintain optimum stock levels to maximise customer service, whilst balancing working capital efficiencies for the company.

Who are we looking for? We need someone who is confident with Microsoft Office programmes, particularly excel. An enthusiastic individual who is well organised and has excellent attention to detail.  Experience of working in a flexible environment, where the work tasks are adapted to the ever changing requirements of the business. The ability to prioritise workload with good analytical and problem solving skills. Although not essential experience of Supply Chain would be highly advantageous.
