Do you have a background working with products? Are you based within a short commute of Melksham? Juice is delighted to be supporting a well-established retail and wholesale company in their search for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join their friendly team.

This is an exciting time to join a company focused on expansion, supplying products to both independent and numerous retailers all over the UK and Europe.

DAY TO DAY:

• Helping with management of products from conception to production
• Responsible for all critical paths on all Key customer orders, solving any issues to prevent delays
• Checking art work and sending to suppliers
• Collating and tracking all product samples
• Managing feedback from licensor feedback and feedback on samples
• Coordinating personally with all departments to guarantee all POs are on track and stock is available for the Key orders to prevent customer fines.
• Managing bespoke projects with customers
• Be a knowledge expert on critical path for products, resolving risks
• Liaising with product and compliance co-ordinator
• Liasing with shipping and production assistant, contacting suppliers for updates on delivery, inputting all product updates



WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • A background in project management, products and experience
  • A working knowledge of using Sage 200, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Great accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with colleagues, peers and 3rd parties
