We are seeking a Supply Chain Co-ordinator

Location: Near Gillingham, Kent - no remote working available

Salary: C£26,000 pa

Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday

9am to 3pm on Friday

Benefits: 25 days annual leave + BH

The Supply Chain Co-ordinator will ideally have the following skills/experience:

Supply Chain Co-ordinator Qualifications and essential experience

  • Min of GCSE grade B/C (5 or 6) in English & Mathematics or equivalents, ideally A Level or degree educated.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office confident in Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas)
  • A general understanding of demand planning principles, theories & concepts

Preferred

  • Experience of working in a demand planning, supply chain role
  • Experience of dealing with suppliers & colleagues in Europe and the Far East
  • UK driving licence

Supply Chain Co-ordinator Skills

  • Ability to work to exceptionally tight deadlines
  • A meticulous eye for detail - essential
  • Ability to speak confidently with customers & suppliers
  • Ability to build good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Ability to stay focused in time critical periods
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Self-motivated, confident & enthusiastic
  • Proactive, creative & innovative within area of responsibility
  • Exceptional time management skills when faced with conflicting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, solution focused.
  • Adaptable & flexible to cope with the changing needs of the business
  • Ability to resolve to understand the cause of system and process failures & to act to prevent any recurrence
  • Ambition to exceed goals and foresee problems and overcomes barriers to resolution.
