We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing logistics, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. This role is pivotal in maintaining our robust processes and commitment to delivering exceptional service across multiple sectors.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage and optimise supply chain activities, including logistics and inventory control.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Implement supply chain strategies to improve process efficiency and product quality.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to supply chain processes.
• Work collaboratively with the Secretarial & Business Support team to facilitate smooth operations.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to management, outlining supply chain performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in supply chain management.
• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with legal guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• An educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the logistics distribution and supply chain industry, particularly in a coordinating role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective supplier management.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
