Both roles are full time and hybrid working is offered.
Working as part of the supply chain team the success full candidate will be providing the following support to the department:
· EDI imports
· Creating picking list
· Saving despatch notes
· Raising transport purchase orders
· Booking in transport purchase orders
· Sales, chasing depots for orders
· Raising Sales Orders
· Sales Invoicing (holiday cover)
· Checking and authorisation of import documents (holiday cover)
· Archiving
· Assisting during annual Audit
· Holiday cover for team members
· Artwork (only when needed)
· Admin & ad hoc tasks
Is this for you?
The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain or a similar role and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Experience within food manufacturing is desired, however not essential. You will be comfortable working to strict deadlines and have a high level of detail and accuracy.
