Supply Chain Administrator

I am looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join a reputable business in Poole. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics or supply chain administration and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of their inbound and outbound supply chain activities.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Merging purchase orders (POs) and ensuring accuracy in the system.
  • Promptly informing relevant teams when POs are in stock and communicating any delays.
  • Providing support for various inbound and outbound supply chain-related tasks.
  • Collaborating with teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with logistics systems and software is highly beneficial.
  • Exposure to customs and related documentation is an asset.
  • A positive attitude and excitement about joining a midsize yet growing company with fast-growing brands.
