We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Supervisor/Assistant Manager ASAP. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service delivery in line with our standards and regulations.


Responsibilities:
·Ensure departmental service meets or exceeds standards.
·Maintain catering regulations and uniform codes.
·Manage casual worker schedules and bookings.
·Maintain discipline and high standards.
·Assist the Front House Manager in duties as needed.
·Coordinate with Head Chef to ensure menu understanding and allergen awareness.
·Manage function data and event coordination.
·Oversee Fellow's meal service and cafeteria cleanliness.
·Support the Social Hub team and manage staffing levels.
·Run events smoothly and efficiently.
·Prepare services for functions and maintain records for billing.
·Manage stock ordering for linen, dry goods, and drinks.
·Ensure compliance with health and safety and food hygiene guidelines.
·Follow cleaning schedules and supervise deep cleaning as needed.
·Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional weekend work for special events.
Requirements:
·Previous experience in hospitality or catering management.
·Strong organizational and communication skills.
·Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
·Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
·Willingness to undergo relevant training.
