Our client is recruiting supervisors to manage and oversee removals and relocations at their site in London.

As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of projects on behalf of our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage aspects of smaller moves/projects and collaborate with Move
  • Managers to oversee larger projects/moves
  • Promote and uphold our client's core standards and values
  • Educate, train, and develop team members, emphasizing best practices, quality, and standards
  • Handle technical aspects of decommissioning/commissioning, whether it's furniture or IT equipment
  • Manage external contractors during project delivery
  • Ensure that working practices adhere to safety standards and company best practices
  • Act as a liaison between clients, different departments, and the on-site team
  • Perform regular removals activities as needed

ABOUT YOU

  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to motivate a team of varying sizes
  • Removals experience is desired but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in understanding project scopes, tracking progress, and identifying key milestones
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polite and friendly demeanour
  • Methodical and careful approach to work
  • A sense of responsibility and integrity when handling other people's property
  • Strong team player who can also work independently
