Role Overview

As the Supervisor in our Business Solutions team, you will be a key player in overseeing and managing a range of accounting functions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of accounting professionals in delivering high-quality services to clients.
• Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional development.
• Reviewing and finalising financial statements, management accounts, and other deliverables.
• Acting as a point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and providing expert advice.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of efficient processes and procedures within the team.

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within an accounting firm or similar environment.
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of accounting standards.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
