Supervising Social Worker - Home working

salary up to £39,000 per annum + £1,200 car allowance

NonStop Care is working with one of the national fostering providers in order to help them recruit for a permanent Supervising Social Worker.

In this role, you will have a lot of flexibility with home working, which will allow you to have a better work - life balance.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will have a manageable caseload of 10 - 13 foster families, located mostly around Norfolk and Peterborough areas. The role involves mostly providing support and supervision to the foster carers.

They are using a therapeutic approach and you will receive therapeutic training on a regular basis.

They offer a good salary (£39,000 per annum), a good car allowance (£1,200 per annum) and a very good annual leave (25 days, raising to 29 days per year + bank holidays and birthday off).

For this role, they are happy to interview Social Worker coming from a fostering background, or from a looked after children or child protection team. They provide a good induction and plenty of training.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a Child Protection or Looked After Children team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
