SAP SuccessFactors - SuccessFactors PMGM - 6 month contract - Hybrid working with 90% remote

• Duration: 6 months
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid (90% remote, occasional onsite visits)
• Location: Preston

We are partnering with a globally renowned consultancy on a SuccessFactors project for a client based in Preston. We are seeking an additional SuccessFactors specialist with expertise in Performance and Goals Management (PMGM) to join the project team.

• Experience: Extensive background in delivering SuccessFactors solutions for large, multi-national organisations.
• Certifications: SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent management modules.
• Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in delivering and integrating Performance and Goal Management with other SuccessFactors Suite components.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work onsite as required.

• Due to the nature of the organisation, successful candidates must be eligible for BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) screening.
