Key Responsibilities:

In this Substance Misuse Practitioner role your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with clients face to face offering guidance , support and harm reduction care plans
• Provide safer injecting advice & urine screening in service
• Run a clinic / drop in centre once a week with a nurse prescriber

Skills and Experience

• Understanding substance misuse and the key components of addiction
• Experience within a similar role
• Driver & access to own vehicle
