Job Title: Subcontracts Manager

Previous experience in a Subcontracts Manager role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. **Developing, Implementing, and Managing Contracts Portfolio:** Oversee a portfolio of Large Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management (EPCM) Package Contracts and Site Services Agreements associated with the Project.

2. **Tender Documentation Preparation and Issuance:** Prepare and issue tender documentation as necessary. Ensure completeness and viability of tender packages.

3. **Tender Clarification Meetings:** Strategize and conduct tender clarification meetings to address queries and ensure clarity for tenderers.

4. **Facilitating Communication:** Act as a liaison for information exchange between tenderers and relevant stakeholders.

5. **Tender Bulletins and Clarifications:** Issue tender bulletins and clarification documentation to keep all parties informed.

6. **Negotiation Evaluations and Strategies:** Oversee technical and commercial negotiation evaluations and strategies, ensuring timely execution.

7. **Contract Issuance and Management:** Prepare and manage the issuance of contracts and associated documentation. Conduct Kick Off Meetings as necessary.

8. **Post Award Contract Management:** Plan, develop, and execute post-award contract management activities to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

9. **Contract Closeout:** Responsible for managing the closure of contracts upon completion of project requirements.

10. **Contract Progress Reporting:** Report on contract progress from pre- to post-award stages through project systems.

Relationships:

- **Project Teams Collaboration:** Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams to engage with contractors, Operation Integrity Managers (OIMs), and suppliers.

- **Client and Stakeholder Engagement:** Interact with clients and company stakeholders to address concerns and ensure alignment with project objectives.

- **Team Collaboration and Learning:** Work within a cohesive team environment, contributing to collective skills development and project facilitation.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent university degree in Legal, Business, or Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields.
