Sub Agent - Maidstone

Are you a Sub Agent, looking for work in Maidstone? We are looking for two experienced Sub Agents, to start work with a well known Civil contractor. This is a freelance contract. The ideal candidate would have previous experience with flood defence. The project is dealing with lock maintenance and upgrades.

Day Rate - (CIRCA) GBP400.00 - GBP450.00

Start Date - ASAP

Duration - 1 year

Location - Maidstone

Responsibilities:

  • Managing of all site labour and sub contractors
  • Liaising with the Client team and consultants
  • Reporting to the Senior Site Agent
  • Planning, scheduling and delivering the project effectively whilst keeping to a tight schedule.
  • Overseeing Health & safety and RAMS

Requirements:

  • CSCS card
  • Degree/ HND in Civil Engineering
  • Good IT skills including MS Office packages
  • SMSTS
  • Flood Defence experience
  • First Aid
