Sub Agent

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sub Agent to join a motorways scheme project team. The Sub Agent will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of the project, ensuring its successful completion within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, including subcontractor management, materials procurement, and construction scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and resources effectively to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
• Monitor progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and records of materials and equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience working on motorways or major highways projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Professional certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, NEBOSH) are desirable.
