Student Support Coach

Location: Homebased (monthly meeting in Reading or Southampton)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + excellent benefits.

Overview:

Working for a leading national training provider, you will coach adult learners (16+) working towards professional, work based qualifications/Apprenticeships.

Our client provides a welcoming and nurturing working environment, where you will be will be fully supported with your transition into the work based learning sector.

A typical day will include:

• Support enrolment of students
• Complete progress reviews with students
• Respond to student request & queries
• Handle related administration & compliance tasks

You will need the following:

• Experience of engaging students/learners
• A high level of administration, organisation & IT skills
• Confident & clear communication skills (verbal & written)
• Experience in a similar / relatable role or sector (advantageous)
