Location: Brighton Head Office (80% remote)

Join our team as a key player in delivering an exceptional student experience across the International Study Centre (ISC) network and the Online Digital Learning Hub (OLDH). This role encompasses comprehensive support for students, agents, and parents, both pre- and post-arrival. Collaborate with colleagues across campuses, contributing to the overall success of our strategic objectives. ABOUT THE ROLE

The role includes servicing and supporting students, agents and parents during the pre-arrival and post-arrival phases of the student journey, as well as offering assistance to colleagues across campuses and other functional areas as required.

  • Delivery of student-facing support as part of a centralised Pre-Arrival service
  • Responsible for everyday point of contact support for specific campuses and ensuring that student, agent, sponsor and parent enquiries are responded to appropriately and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Responsible for issuing proactive communications from confirmation through to arrival in campus to ensure a smooth student experience
  • Ensure accommodation fulfilment, airport transfers, insurance products and other services as required are completed accurately and in a timely way.
  • During peak periods support the Central Student Administration function by effectively completing Pre-CAS interviews and capturing output
  • Delivery of administrative support on an ad-hoc basis, primarily supporting ISC campus and ODLH colleagues with 'post-arrival’ duties
  • Accurately follow a suite of campus-based administrative processes; typically focussing on the management of booking information, debt management and financial adjustments within agreed SLAs
  • Accurately document the receipt and tracking of completed transactional-based work within a case management system
  • Proactively liaise with campus staff to identify needs and offer campus-based support where required.

  • Degree educated (desirable)
  • Experience working in a busy office environment (essential)
  • Experience working in a customer focused role (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering student-facing support (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a seamless and exceptional student experience
  • An interest in the International Higher Education Industry
