The Role:

As an Academic Recruitment Consultant, you'll be a cornerstone of our operations, driving efficiency and excellence across the board. Your responsibilities include:

- Providing impeccable administrative support across various facets of our company.

- Ensuring seamless coordination and communication within the team and with external partners.

- Handling inquiries with finesse and efficiency, representing our esteemed partner universities with boundless enthusiasm.

- Overseeing the smooth progression of administrative processes, from admissions to paperwork and student finance options.

- Maintaining meticulous records and proactively following up on tasks to maintain momentum.

- Collaborating with the marketing team to spearhead engaging campaigns and initiatives.

Skills We're Looking For:

- Exceptional communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences.

- Superb organizational prowess with a flair for multitasking.

- A deadline-driven, goal-oriented mindset that thrives in high-pressure situations.

- A positive, customer-focused approach that leaves an indelible mark.

- Fluency in spoken Romanian\Russian\ Ukrainian would be a significant advantage.

- Tech-savviness with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package.

- Availability to work on weekends.
