This company is currently seeking a Structural Civil Engineer due to an upsurge in projects across Northern Ireland. Their services span various sectors, including Industrial, Residential, Agricultural, Pharmaceutical, and Laboratories. Despite being small in size, this company has the chance to tackle larger-scale projects. Remarkably, they have been in business for over 25 years, establishing themselves as a reputable and experienced firm.

Your new role

As a Structural Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design team, critically analysing and solving complex problems from conceptual stage to construction.The following will be the responsibility of a Structural Civil Engineer:

• Assist in the delivery of client projects to time and budget
• Work on all aspects of design for various small-sized projects, with minimum supervision, and on medium-sized projects, you'll spend time on selected technical issues
• Assisting senior members of the team as required
• Liaise with stakeholders and attend site visits to monitor the projects

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you must be a proactive Structural Civil Engineer who is looking to progress in their career. Must have 2-4 years of UK post-graduate experience.The candidate should be a technical, innovative, and creative thinker with strong team-working ability, able to influence, explain, and demonstrate professionalism. Ideally, you must be competent in using different engineering software packages (BIM, Revit, 3D drawing)and with strong communication/time management & organisational skills.
