Ackerman Pierce, a rapidly growing recruitment and staffing specialist, is actively seeking a Strategic HR & Organisational Development Business Partner to join their team in London. Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR:
    • Contribute to a unified HR approach by providing innovative ideas and strategic input.
    • Modernize and improve services, ensuring alignment with corporate and service priorities.
    • Represent and promote the service's reputation within the Council.
  2. Leadership:
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and smart working.
    • Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve desired outcomes for HR priority projects.
  3. Strategic Relationship Management:
    • Partner with the business on HR and Organisational Development matters.
    • Help management teams focus on key business priorities and address workforce challenges.
    • Design and implement high-quality solutions that comply with policy and legislation.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar UK-based role.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
