We are looking to recruit a Storeperson for a social housing/refurbishment contractor based in Northholt. Our Client is a leading contractor delivering a planned maintenance (decent homes) schemes across London.

As the Storeperson you will be required to manage and control the stock levels of the storeroom/compound on site.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Placing orders with suppliers for materials using Excel spreadsheets and internal computer system
  • Checking and updating stock lists and stock levels
  • Stock checks
  • Unloading incoming deliveries and ensuring all stock has been received as ordered
  • General labouring duties including maintaining site welfare/toilets

The client is looking for candidates who are familiar with the building trade and building materials and someone who can be left to their own devices to manage their stores effectively and efficiently.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering an immediate start with a salary up to £32K + Benefits.
