Zachary Daniels have partnered with a fashion retailer now recruiting for a Store Manager to join their team in Dalton Park Outlet in Durham.

The Candidate:

We are looking for an engaging and energetic store manager. You may already be a Store Manager looking for a new challenge or an Assistant Manager looking for progression. Looking for someone who drives results through leading from the front and being hands on, and can inspire and motivate a team by creating a fun environment along the way.

The Store Manager role will include:

• Lead and motivate the team daily to drive performance and sales.
• Create a fun environment for the team to achieve an excellent customer experience in store.
• Coaching and team development
• Work alongside your team to grow the store through driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure the smooth running of the store operations
