Calling all store managers and Assistant managers looking for a new challenge. A well known Lifestyle/ Fashion retailer is recruiting for an Assistant Store manager of one of their stores based in Abingdon, offering a salary of up to £25,500.

A day in the life:

  • As assistant manager you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do whilst creating a fun and inspiring atmosphere in line with our brand.
  • Be dynamic and influential- enhance the customer experience to increase revenue.
  • Support and develop your team whilst maintaining the highest standards throughout the store.
  • The store manager will lead by example and bring your team with you- demonstrate exceptional standards maintain the integrity of the brand.
  • Use what you've got- analyse data given, refer to retail and company strategy, use local/ industry knowledge and commercial creativity to hit ad exceed KPI targets and store performance.

Skills required:

  • Previous management experience.
  • Experience tracking P&L and KPI's.
  • Experience training and developing team.
