Store Manager

Store Manager is required for a Specialist Tour Operator. You will provide an exceptional service, selling luxury holidays to direct customers from their lovely shop in North London along with coaching and guiding a dedicated travel team. You will have bundles of enthusiasm for travel, sales and leadership. You will also be a sought after leader and have experience managing a team of Travel Specialists.
Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Maximising sales and maintain exceptional relationships with direct customers
• Providing exceptional service to customers
• Track record of coaching and guiding a sales team
• Be a leader, and set an example
• Provide expert travel advice on specialist destinations
• Strive to exceed revenue targets for the store

Store Manager Skills:

• Proven experience in a Management in the travel sector (highly desirable)
• Genuine interest in the travel industry
• First hand travelling knowledge
• Upbeat,outgoing personality is essential
• Ambitious and target driven

Agency Sales Consultant Additional Information:

• Competitive basic salary and commission structure offered
• Educational Trips to specialist destinations
• Mon - Fri 9am-5:30pm, every other Saturday Saturdays (weekday off in lieu)
