STORE MANAGER LUXURY TRAVEL PRODUCTS  GREEN PARK, LONDON    COMPANY: 
  • Luxury travel Luggage, Accessories Company 
  • Excellent products, well-designed and manufactures
  • Working between Mon-Sat (Sun Closed)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing the store stock operations, inbound and outbound deliveries, and stock inventories 
  • Ensure to maintain store standards and Visual Merschidsing displays are immaculate 
  • Working closely with the local businesses
  • Clientiele around the area, and provide a CRM system 
  • Managing the after-sale services and procedures 
  • Manages cash payments, currencies, credit cards, and cheques, checking for consistency with the Company procedures and the tax regulations
  • Carries out all the procedures and activities related to the down payments, returns, refunds, issuance of coupons, giveaways, and credit notes to customers.
  • Opening and closing the store, provide product training to the team
  • Delivering the best customer service and experiences, leading by example to the team
  • Ensure to achieve monthly and yearly KPI’s target
  • Laise with the production team and overseas team
  • Provide trade reports, daily, weekly, and monthly
