Our lovely clothing and lifestyle client has an amazing opportunity for a Store Manager to join the team at their beautiful Salcombe store.

As a Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will bring enthusiasm, positivity and joy by inspiring your customers and colleagues and maximising sales. Our client is an independent British fashion & lifestyle brand who have exciting plans for future openings and opportunities.

Your Role

As Store Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Analysing a variety of reports to measure the success of the store and team.
• Work with KPIs to evaluate the store’s performance and identify development areas.
• Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to all team members, making sure their personal objectives and the store’s objectives are being met.
• Conduct progress meetings and appraisals in a timely manner for all team members, setting them SMART goals to work towards.
• Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered by the team at all times.
• Make sure the team always adhere to operational standards.
• Have an approachable yet authoritative written and verbal communication style.

About You

You will be an existing Store Manager or Assistant Manager who is ready for the next step and have the following:

• Experience in team management.
• Passion for fashion and lifestyle sectors and visual merchandising.
• Positivity, vibrancy and ready to take on anything.
• Someone who is kind, helpful and considerate towards customers and team members alike.
• Exceptional organisation skills and natural multi-tasking ability.
• Commercial awareness.
• Ambition, resourcefulness and someone who’s looking for opportunities to learn more.
