Zachary Daniels are exclusively working with an exquisite Luxury Fine/High Jewellery Boutique in the heart of the West End. This rare opportunity is not one to be missed, they are looking for a dynamic, client focused Store Director to head up the flagship boutique.

The ideal candidate will have a Jewellery or Luxury Watch background and is used to managing a larger team.

Roles and Responsibilities

As the Store Director of the flagship, you will be the face of the brand across national and International events and meetings. You will nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to help drive sales, build lasting loyalty to the Brand. Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan. Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.

Operationally, Manage efficient back of house team and ensure consistency with established operational procedures. Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices. Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.

Other Store Director Duties Include:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store and increase sales.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury watches and jewellery market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the fashion/ watches and jewellery industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
  • Passion for luxury watches and jewellery, with a keen eye for design and fashion trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
