Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately manage and organise all product samples.
• Implement and maintain a state-of-the-art barcoded scanning system.
• Coordinate all sample requests, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment.
• Perform regular stock checks, manage stock replenishment, and rework samples to meet various requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and the Hong Kong office to maintain a fully stocked and organised sample room.

• Profound knowledge of the product portfolio and competent computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, well-organised, and capable of multitasking.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
