Key Responsibilities:

• Support Teachers in lesson preparation and organisation, primarily in Maths and Science.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require extra help understanding concepts or completing tasks.
• Assist in facilitating classroom activities and discussions.
• Run an intervention group for a small number of Year 10 students in Maths.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Supervise students during independent or group work.
