Hays Engineering are pleased to be assisting an organisation in Cornwall with the recruitment of a Station Manager to join their team.

Your New Role

You will have direct responsibility for the strategic and commercial operation of the power station, its operational assets and associated infrastructure, delivery of business objectives in line with plant targets and the company business plan.

You will manage the short term and long-term performance and activities of the facility to maximise profit, consistently meet health and safety, environmental, production and financial targets as defined by the plants operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic business plan.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will have a large industrial process background, preferably within the power industry or similar, strong management experience, as well as a strong track record in Health and Safety management.

What You'll Get In Return

This role is being offered with a salary of around £80,000 per annum on a permanent contract.
