Staff Nurses required - Intensive Care Unit
London
Permanent, Full-Time hours.
Salary up to £40000 per annum plus 9% Shift Enhancement and excellent benefits
Job Overview:
As a Staff Nurse working in ICU you will use you experience and knowledge to support the assessment, planning and delivering high standards of specialist care to ensure that our patients are cared for in a safe, compassionate and comfortable environment. With your experience and understanding you will meet the physical, psychological and spiritual needs by effectively communicating with the patient, their families and your colleagues. Plus, with our nurse to patient ratio frequently at 1:1, allows you time to focus and deliver the optimum care for your patients.
The role will keep you challenged and will give you the opportunity to develop your existing skills with our commitment to progressing careers. We encourage and support professional development.
Skills & Experience:
- Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
- Neuro, Cardiac or General ITU/HDU specific skills and experience.
- Motivated and forward thinking individual with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Current ILS/ALS
