Your new company
A global manufacturer is looking to recruit a Senior Project Procurement Buyer to join the business. This role will have a high level of stakeholder engagement to lead procurement projects and drive commercial initiatives across the business.

Your new role

• High level of interaction with cross functional stakeholders to lead procurement projects from start to end
• Working on large scale multimillion £ procurement projects and contracts, managing lead time and deliverables
• Contracts negotiation and driving cost saving initiatives
• All aspects of supplier management including relationship building, performance management and sourcing strategies

What you'll need to succeed

• Project procurement experience within complex manufacturing or OEM is mandatory (supply chain background a plus!)
• Attention to detail and proven track record of leading procurement projects
• Strong grasp of contracts management, supplier relationship management and risk mitigation
• High level of communication, ability to engage and influence stakeholders
