The Wholesale Sr. Manager position will drive and manage the global wholesale business with long term business objectives in mind. The role will help to drive sales, profitability and brand awareness worldwide in accordance with the brand strategy.
Main responsibilities will include:
Market Expansion:
  • Direct management of all major wholesale accounts and sales agents, maintaining and building new relationships.
  • New business development. Identify and research potential clients and prospects across Europe, USA, Australia, and Asia, with a specific emphasis on Spain.
  • Initiate contact with clients through personalized communication to generate interest and arrange appointments for presenting seasonal collections.
 
Market Management:
  • Oversee the client portfolio for Europe, the USA, Australia, and Asia.
  • Coordinate with agents in the US, the Middle East, Australia, and the UK.
  • Establish seasonal objectives in collaboration with agents.
  • Conduct monthly review meetings with agents to evaluate business performance and KPIs, particularly the percentage of sell-through (%ST) for key customers.
  • Analyze the suitability and interest levels of current clients in the company's products.
  • Management of participation in trade shows.
  • Effectively sell and educate customers about the features, benefits & provenance of brand products.
  • Implement training sessions with key accounts
 
 
 
Data Management:
  • Responsible for overseeing pre-shipping requirements from vendors, invoicing and collecting receivables
  • Create weekly reporting to rest of the business on wholesale sales
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of clients, interactions, progress, and product feedback.
 
  • Provide seasonal performance reports.
  • Collecting business intelligence from key markets
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor and track key competitors and gather market insights.
 
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the overall sales process (including sales materials - lookbook, samples, line sheet - and customer communications).
  • Work closely with the design team to offer feedback on product development.
  • Assist in the development and execution of targeted marketing and outreach campaigns for specific customer segments.
