Sports Coach Teaching Assistant
Job Type: Full-time, Term Time plus 10 days

We are seeking a dedicated Sports Coach Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications to support the learning of children and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and coordinating high-quality physical activities for pupils in conjunction with the PE department.

Day-to-day of the role:

Plan and deliver engaging physical education lessons and activities.

Work closely with the PE department to coordinate sports programs and events.

Support the learning and development of pupils through sports and physical activities.

Monitor and assess pupil progress in physical education.

Organise and lead two after-school sports clubs per week.

Participate in holiday club provision as part of the extended team.

Maintain a safe and positive environment for all pupils to learn and thrive in sports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications in sports coaching or physical education.

Experience working with children in an educational or sports setting.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Commitment to the development and education of children through sports.

Flexibility to work after-school hours for club activities.
