I am Currently working with a client who is looking for Sponsored Social Workers to be part of their strategy of supporting Children.
They are looking for dedicated, passionate and professional staff who thrive in a culture that focuses on what they can achieve with children, what they can achieve themselves, and the relationship they build with families and partners to enable this. They have invested heavily in training and developing staff in a relational practice approach, so it's an exciting time to join.

To be eligible for the roles, you will need to be working in the UK with sponsorship as a Qualified Social Worker.

Teams:
Children & Young People in Care, CP Court, Permanence Support, Assessment, Care Leavers, Safeguarding, Children With Disabilities (CWD), Fostering Recruitment & Assessment Social Worker

Salary:
  • Social Worker – Grade 8, £38,945-£43,223
  • Senior Practitioner – Grade 9, £43,223 - £47,403
  • Team Manager – Grade 11, £53,474 - £57,859

  • £5000 market supplement per year
  • £5000 welcome payment for experienced Social Workers (T&C apply)

Requirements of you as the Social Worker:
  • Social Work England registration
  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • Currently sponsored and working in the UK as a Social Worker
  • A full UK driving licence
  • DBS clearance
  • Authority to work in the UK
