Job Title: Clinical Specialist - Childcare Support

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Specialist with experience working with children from 0-5 years to join their team in North Wales.

As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide guidance and advice to childcare settings to promote good practice in speech, language, and communication development.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for clinical excellence and experience of working in group sessions. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to grow their clinical skills while generating more disposal income and having a flexible work-life balance.

Responsibilities: - Working in partnership with nursery staff and parents to promote speech, language, and communication development. - Providing support to teachers in childcare settings with advice, mentoring, and training to promote good practice in their settings. - Identifying areas where intervention and support are required and provide relevant solutions.

Requirements: - Experience with children from 0-5 years of age and in group sessions. - Ability to adapt communication skills to suit parents, children and colleagues. - Understanding of wider strategic priorities and a willingness to learn.
