Spectroscopy Sales Representative

Location: Cambridge (Hybrid)

As a Spectroscopy Sales Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling spectroscopy instruments, equipment, and related solutions to customers in various industries. They leverage their technical expertise in spectroscopy and strong interpersonal skills to identify customer needs, provide product demonstrations, and drive sales growth. Extensive product and sales training will be provided for the successful applicant.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics or related field. Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) preferred but not required.
  2. Strong technical background in spectroscopy (UV-Vis spectroscopy/Optical) or related analytical techniques.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  5. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value.
  6. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  7. Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory or region as needed.
