Job Title: Specification & NPD Technologist

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 Annum  

Location: North Wiltshire

Key Responsibilities: 

Create and review finished product specifications.

Provide all Technical detail for generation of new artwork (e.g. shelf life, nutrition, ingredient declaration, weights, storage guidelines, allergen information)

Obtain, review, and maintain Raw material & Supplier approval documentation (ingredient and packaging)

Assist in the development of recipe BOMs through NPD / EPD work.

Arrange and manage all testing required through the NPD / EPD process (micro, shelf life, allergens, nutrition, safety warnings)

Present Supplier / Raw Material Approval, Finished product specifications to customers / auditors.
