Russell Taylor Group are currently recruiting for a Specification Technologist to join a fire protection installation company based in the Maesteg area. We are looking for someone to review and assess site inspection reports, and hold previous experience in this area.
Responsibilities
• Reviewing site installation reports and making comments in line with company recommendations.
• Recording of reports and responses on the CRM system.
• Communicating with customers to clarify details.
• Following a set process of work.
• Responding and reporting with set timeframes.
• Liaising with external parties.
• Attending weekly meetings with technical services team and provide feedback.
• Covering telephones when required.
Experience
• Previous experience with fire protection/façade installation industries would be advantageous.
• Previous experience in a role assessing and reviewing documentation/reports.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Competent using Microsoft packages.
• Able to examine data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
