Area to be covered: Scotland & North East

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + 10% bonus

The role of the Specification Sales Manager Wall Coverings will involve:

• Specification sales position selling our clients manufactured range of wall coverings into the commercial interior sector
• 90% of your time will be spent generating specification with architects, interior designers and specifiers
• The remaining 10% of your time will be spent working with installers and contractors
• Will be targeted on activity in the first year before properly up and running
• Project sizes would range from £10k - £200k depending on project sizes
• Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships with the remaining portion of your managing existing relationships
• All of your time will be spent selling into the commercial, hospitality, healthcare and marine market sectors
• Utilising excellent back up from a dedicated sales support team

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager Wall Coverings with:

• Must have specification sales experience selling to architects, interior designer and specifiers
• However would consider somebody from an interior designer background with no field sales
• Must have an interior building product experience for example: wall coverings, vinyl wall coverings, floor coverings, wallpapers, ceramics, ceilings, floors, lighting, soft flooring, soft furnishings, display systems, acoustics, suspended ceilings
• Vibrant, fresh and enthusiastic
• Design led sales experience preferred
• Autonomous, driven and excellent territory planning skills
