Antrim Hospital is currently seeking a dedicated Specialist Doctor in Emergency Medicine to join our team for the specified period, starting from 27th February 2024 at 08:00 and concluding on 20th May 2024 at 16:00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert medical care to patients presenting to the emergency department.
- Perform assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of acute medical conditions.
- Participate in the management of medical emergencies and resuscitation efforts.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Medical degree and full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
- Experience working in Emergency Medicine at the Specialist Doctor level.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or equivalent.
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
